Cedar Lake:
Our guests caught all the Walleyes, Perch, and Crappies they could ever want on Cedar this week. The best bite seemed to be in the mornings. The Muskie fishing was slow this week, but you win some and you lose some!
Indian Lake Chain:
The Walleye fishing was exactly what it should be this time of year. Things are really on track again. The Trout fishing on Augite was out of this world this week. Also, the Muskie fishing was fantastic on the Chain. All in all - a great week!
Kapikik:
It was their first time on the lake and they caught over 2,500 Walleyes. The biggest was 22.5 inches. The best bait for Walleye fishing was jigs with minnows. The best spots on the lake were rock points with current and the fish were in 8-10 feet of water. They caught lots of Northern as well and the biggest was 38.5 inches. The best lures for Northern fishing were spoons and minnows worked well also. They found Northern in the bays with weeds in 4-8 feet of water.
